The dough rounding machine is a unit that gives dough coming from the dough divider-weigher machine a round shape by means of a Teflon-coated aluminum cone rotating clockwise and Teflon-coated aluminum spiral conveying arms.

The conical rounder machine delivers the dough coming from the divider-weigher machine to the intermediate proofer by shaping it into a round form. The rounding process begins when the dough is fed onto the conveying arms. The dough loaded into the machine is rounded through spiral conveying arms and an aluminum hopper rotating clockwise. Different variations are available according to weight ranges.

There is a flour dusting system at the dough outlet section. In the standard model, the channel outlet length is 4.5 m and the operating range is between 100–600 g and 100–1200 g. Another model is available for rounding within the 50–200 g range.
